We currently deliver throughout Red Deer and surrounding communities. Delivery fees vary by location.

2. Delivery Times
Orders are delivered during our standard delivery hours.
Same-day delivery may be available depending on order volume, product availability, and delivery distance.
3. Order Accuracy
Please ensure all delivery information is correct at checkout, including:
- Recipient name
- Full address
- Phone number
Incorrect or incomplete details may result in delays or unsuccessful delivery. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to inaccurate information.
4. Delivery Attempts
If the recipient is not available, we may:
- Leave the order in a safe location, or
- Contact the recipient to arrange another delivery attempt
Additional fees may apply if a second delivery is required.
5. Weather & Seasonal Conditions
Extreme weather or road conditions may affect delivery times. We will notify you if delays occur and do our best to deliver promptly once conditions improve.
6. Substitutions
Due to seasonal availability, we may substitute certain flowers while maintaining the overall style and value of your arrangement.
